On July 16 and 17, the madbot and ABRomics teams, two projects carried by the IFB, met at Institut Pasteur for a two-day hackathon.
🔌 The goal
Finish the plugin that connects the ABRomics platform to madbot, so ABRomics users can submit their data without moving it by hand from one tool to the other.
✅ The outcome
- The plugin came out of the hackathon more mature and more robust.
- Madbot can now submit genome assemblies to ENA.
